Commission Agreement

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms

  • I reserve the right to decline any request.

  • Commissions are for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

2. Payment

  • Prices are in USD and may vary by complexity.

  • Full payment is required upfront via PayPal

3. Process

  • I’ll provide updates at key stages (sketch, line art, etc.).

  • Minor revisions are free at the sketch stage; later changes may incur fees.

4. Delivery

  • Final artwork is delivered digitally (JPG 4000 pix in height at 300 dpi)

5. Rights

  • I retain copyright and may use the work for portfolios or promotion.

  • You may use the artwork personally but not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use without prior agreement.

6. Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued, including in cases where the client changes their mind or no longer wishes to proceed with the commission.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • No AI training, NFTs, or blockchain use is allowed.
