By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms

  • I reserve the right to decline any request.

  • Commissions are for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

2. Payment

  • Prices are in USD and may vary by complexity.

  • Full payment is required upfront via PayPal

3. Process

  • I’ll provide updates at key stages (sketch, line art, etc.).

  • Minor revisions are free at the sketch stage; later changes may incur fees.

4. Delivery

  • Final artwork is delivered digitally (e.g., PNG, JPEG).

5. Rights

  • I retain copyright and may use the work for portfolios or promotion.

  • You may use the artwork personally but not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use without prior agreement.

6. Refunds

  • Full refunds are available if no work has begun.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • No AI training, NFTs, or blockchain use is allowed.

By commissioning, you confirm agreement to these terms.
